Anxiety can put extra burden & load on your life. Anxiety is nothing but a state of mind which makes you feel depressed & sad. Your heart beat starts racing & never ending thoughts continuosly land in your brain. Any one with Anxiety disorder can only explain the feelings during an attack while others can only advice.
My sister was suffering from Anxiety from her childhood. The consultation with the therapist somehow gave her some relief from the disorder but still only one thing which proved a blessing for her was the advice from a Om Shanti Sister.
The advice was to only focus on the good things which happened or is happening in her life. Negative thoughts will come & go but don't fight or focus on them. Let them flow out & again focus on the good things that happened or is happening in your life. Slowly your brain will be trained to focus only on good things & negative thoughts will automaticlly flow out & disappear.
